Mallorca, Spain – Es Trenc Beach

Mallorca, Spain – Es Trenc Beach

This post is going to be a shorter post than my usual. Back in March, my husband was out on a two-month mission and I was suffering from a bad case of cabin fever. Luckily my friend and fellow milspouse was up for a girls trip! We booked our trip and in mid-June, we were off to the beautiful Mallorca, Spain.

Now, normally my travel style has been all about sightseeing, tourist attractions, and walking until my feet are about to fall off. This trip was totally different! Our mission for this trip was sand, surf, sun, and relaxation!

After doing extensive research on the best beaches in Mallorca, we decided to land on Es Trenc beach on the southern coast. Es Trenc is a 10km long stretch on of beautiful white sand that meets the calm clear blue waters of the Mediterranean.

Where to stay

We stayed at the Universal Villa Marquesa which was right on the water. We booked through and our breakfast was included. I loved everything about this hotel! I highly recommend getting the breakfast in your package because it was great!

They have indoor and shaded outdoor seating where you can sip your coffee and munch on breakfast while taking in the beautiful beach views.

Where to Eat

There are tons of restaurants around the area and all are within walking distance. We enjoyed these restaurants and they were all good! It is touristy so beware of slightly higher prices. If you stay in the Es Trenc area a stroll down Av. Primavera will take you to all the yummy restaurants.

What to Do

This section is simple! Eat, sleep in, and beach! Duh! There are double sun beds with lockers and umbrellas on Es Trenc that you can rent for 18 Euro a day. I thought it was totally worth it! It is pretty fun to take a stretch break and stroll up and down the coast.

Take Note…..the beaches here welcome many many topless and nude sunbathers!

Pin it for later!
